Shipping & Discretion

Products are shipped in plain outer packaging without product imagery. The shipping label uses the registered fulfillment entity required by the carrier.

Made-to-order and customized products require production time before dispatch. The product page and order confirmation should state the current estimate. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may change due to customs or local conditions.

International customers are responsible for import eligibility, duties, taxes, and customs charges unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Customs authorities may inspect shipments.

Inspect the package promptly. Photograph any damage to the outer carton and product before use, then contact support with the order number so the carrier claim can be assessed.
